  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, trademarks, and functionality associated with EZHashtags are owned by or licensed to EZHashtags and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

6. User Content & Inputs

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service.

By submitting content, you grant EZHashtags a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

EZHashtags does not claim ownership over user-submitted data.

By creating an account or providing your email address, you agree to receive:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to EZHashtags in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZHashtags from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, before either party may file a lawsuit, except where prohibited by law.

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitration.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
