Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made through EZHashtags.com (“EZHashtags,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or subscribing to any EZHashtags plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Daily-Use Payments (Final Sale)

All daily-use payments are final and non-refundable.

Because access to the Service is provided immediately upon purchase, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements are issued for daily-use plans under any circumstances.


2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase, provided that:

  • The Service has not been used, and

  • No hashtags have been generated

Once 72 hours have passed from the time of purchase or if any hashtags are generated, the monthly payment becomes non-refundable.

Cancellations made after this period will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.


3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription plans may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The Service has not been used, and

  • No hashtags have been generated, and

  • The plan is cancelled within the 30-day period

If hashtags are generated at any time during the 30-day window, the annual payment becomes non-refundable.


4. Definition of “Use of the Service”

For the purposes of this policy and the Terms of Service, “use of the Service” is defined as the generation of hashtags using the EZHashtags tool.

Account creation, login, or viewing account settings alone do not constitute use.


5. Refund Request Requirements

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Requests must include:

  • The account email address

  • The plan type (daily, monthly, or annual)

  • The date of purchase

Refunds are not automatic and are subject to verification of eligibility under this policy.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary but typically take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting EZHashtags may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Termination of access to the Service

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues.


8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website.
